This is another mermaid sketch that I drew while on vacation, from the same small sketchbook the image of Aquamarinne and the crystal blue seas came from. I was imagining Aquamarinne standing there, covered with a shower of sakura (cherry) blossom flowers. I can imagine her animeted...
This is one of those illustrations that cheers me up everytime I look at it. :]
created in pencils on paper, and quickly colored in photoshop. Yes, pink is one of my favorite colors too.
